Warwick Police Department Headlines

The Warwick Police Department has entered a new direction when it comes to planning for the organization and how it accomplishes its mission.  A planning committee was formed to develop this plan from all ranks and divisions of the department to include non-sworn employees.  A long term plan was developed going three years into the future to attain objectives that will capitalize on our strengths and improve our weaknesses.  The committee used our recently completed COPS (Community Oriented Policing Services) survey to include the public's perceptions and criticisms from an external view.

The committee followed practiced and validated methods for strategic planning to develop our direction for the next three years.  Please follow the link below and see how we intend to better serve you.
